Extends Missouri's telemarketing no-call list protections to include business subscribers in addition to residential subscribers.

Prohibits telephone solicitations to any business subscriber or residential subscriber whose number is registered on the state no-call database established and operated by the attorney general.

Requires persons making telephone solicitations to identify themselves clearly at the beginning of calls and prohibits blocking or circumventing caller identification services for business and residential subscribers.

Establishes that business subscribers can register their objection to receiving telephone solicitations using the same methods, database, and procedures available to residential subscribers, at no cost.

Effective date of July 1, 2001 for the no-call list prohibition provisions.
