Charitable, fraternal, religious, service, or veterans' organizations with federal 501(c) tax exemption status may apply for a special permit to remain open until 3:00 a.m. each day of the week for on-premises liquor sales.

Organizations with the special permit may open at 9:00 a.m. on Sundays, with closing provisions governed by this section rather than section 311.097.

Organizations granted the special permit must pay an additional annual fee of $300 in addition to all other required license fees.

Charitable and other qualified organizations may sell intoxicating liquor between 9:00 a.m. and midnight on Sundays with an additional annual fee of $200.

If a qualified organization's premises includes two or more buildings in close proximity, a single license permit authorizes liquor sales at any of those buildings.
