Extends the expiration date for transferring unexpended balance of the Statewide Court Automation Fund to general revenue from September 1, 2013, to September 1, 2018.

Extends the expiration date for Section 488.027 (which generates revenue for the fund) from September 1, 2013, to September 1, 2018.

Extends the deadline for the court automation committee to complete its duties from September 1, 2015, to September 1, 2020.

Extends the expiration date of the entire Statewide Court Automation Fund section from September 1, 2015, to September 1, 2020.

Maintains existing provisions for fund administration, committee composition, security standards for judicial records, and reporting requirements to the joint legislative committee on court automation.
