• Establishes a new section (311.205) allowing patrons to use table tap dispensing systems in licensed establishments to dispense beer up to 32 ounces per authorization.

• Creates a new section (311.179) for international airports in counties with 950,000+ inhabitants to open at 4:00 a.m. for intoxicating liquor sales by the drink.
