Repeals and replaces sections 490.660, 490.670, 490.680, 490.690, and 490.692 of Missouri law relating to business records evidence.

Renames "The Uniform Business Records as Evidence Law" to "The Records of Regularly Conducted Activity as Evidence Law."

Expands the definition of "business" to include businesses, institutions, associations, professions, occupations, and callings of every kind, whether or not conducted for profit.

Modifies hearsay rule to exclude memorandums, reports, records, or data compilations of acts, events, conditions, opinions, or diagnoses made in the regular course of business activity, unless the source of information or method of preparation indicates lack of trustworthiness.

Requires written notice and certification from custodians or qualified persons to authenticate business records, with certification requirements differing for domestic versus foreign records.

Mandates that parties provide all opposing parties with copies of business records and supporting affidavits at least seven days before trial.
