Repeals and replaces sections 42.170, 42.200, and 42.220 of Missouri law to expand eligibility for military medallions, medals, and certificates to veterans who served in Missouri National Guard units regardless of residency status.

Extends World War II medallion, medal, and certificate eligibility to veterans who served on active duty between December 7, 1941, and December 31, 1946, including those who served in Missouri National Guard units without requiring Missouri residency.

Extends Korean Conflict medallion, medal, and certificate eligibility to veterans who served on active duty between June 27, 1950, and January 31, 1955, including those who served in Missouri National Guard units without requiring Missouri residency.

Extends Vietnam War medallion, medal, and certificate eligibility to veterans who served on active duty between February 28, 1961, and May 7, 1975, including those who served in Missouri National Guard units without requiring Missouri residency.

Maintains existing requirements that recipients must have received an honorable discharge or separation and were honorable at time of death, with awards given regardless of service location (domestic or foreign) or age at enlistment.
