Governor is authorized to convey state-owned properties to the State Highways and Transportation Commission in 11 Missouri cities: Frankford (Pike County), Macon (Macon County), Maysville (DeKalb County), Blue Springs (Jackson County), Holden (Johnson County), Willow Springs (Howell County), Wasola (Ozark County), Buffalo (Dallas County), Appleton (St. Louis County), Mehlville (St. Louis County), and Rich Hill (Bates County).

Properties total approximately 38 acres across all locations and include rights-of-way for state highways and adjacent tracts used for highway construction and improvement projects.

Commissioner of Administration shall establish terms and conditions for each conveyance, with consideration not to exceed one dollar per property.

Attorney General must approve the form of each conveyance instrument before transfer.

Each section authorizes full transfer of state interest in fee simple absolute, with detailed legal descriptions provided for all property parcels.
