Repeals and replaces section 32.056 of Missouri law regarding confidentiality of motor vehicle and driver registration records maintained by the Department of Revenue.

Expands protections to include state judges (persons vested with judicial power under Article V, Section 1 of the Missouri Constitution) and federal judges, in addition to existing protections for parole officers, pretrial officers, and peace officers.

Prohibits the Department of Revenue from releasing home addresses or other registration record information for covered individuals and their immediate family members upon specific request.

Allows covered individuals to notify the Department of Revenue of their status so the department can protect record confidentiality accordingly.

Maintains exceptions allowing the Department to release information on motor registration lists per section 32.055 and information on commercial driver's license holders under the federal Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999.
