Establishes the "Certified Home Inspection Profession Title Protection Act" to protect the title of certified home inspector (CHI) in Missouri.

Prohibits individuals from using the title "Certified Home Inspector," "CHI," "C.H.I." or variations unless they are designated as certified by the National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. (NAHI) and their certification has not lapsed or been revoked.

Makes unauthorized use of the certified home inspector title an unfair business practice subject to a $1,000 fine per violation.

Allows non-certified persons to perform home inspection services for compensation but prohibits them from claiming certification or misrepresenting themselves as certified inspectors.

Exempts apprentices working under a certified home inspector's supervision, other licensed professionals (if they don't claim CHI certification), and general home inspection practitioners who don't use the certified title.
