Repeals and reenacts section 32.057, RSMo, governing confidentiality of Department of Revenue records and tax information.

Adds authorization for Department of Revenue to disclose to the public the number of cigarettes sold annually by each tobacco product manufacturer, while maintaining existing confidentiality protections for all other tax information.

Maintains existing exceptions to confidentiality including disclosures to taxpayers, law enforcement, other government agencies, and in legal proceedings.

Violation of confidentiality provisions constitutes a class D felony upon conviction.

Preserves state auditor access to Department of Revenue records under existing confidentiality oath requirements.
