Repeals and reenacts section 620.515, RSMo to rename the "Hero at Home" program to the "Show-Me Heroes" program.

Expands program eligibility to include spouses of active duty United States military personnel and recently separated United States military personnel, in addition to National Guard and reserve component service members.

Program administered by the Department of Economic Development to provide financial assistance, job training, childcare support, transportation assistance, vocational counseling, paid internships, and job placement services to eligible military families and returning service members.

Eligible families must have a primary income earner called to active duty for more than four months, lost primary income, experienced significant financial hardship, and have no outside resources available; services available up to one year following discharge from deployment.

Department must contract with community-based not-for-profit agencies with experience in job training, veteran services, national accreditation, ability to provide a 20 percent match, and regional experience.
