Makes reintroducing organizations liable for crop and pasture damage or destruction caused by the reintroduced animal species.

Makes reintroducing organizations liable for livestock producer losses from harassment or disease spread by the reintroduced animal species.

Makes reintroducing organizations liable for damage to fencing, public or private property, and Missouri motor vehicles involved in collisions with the reintroduced animal species.
