Members of the National Wild Turkey Federation may obtain specialty personalized license plates featuring the organization's official emblem after paying an annual $25 emblem-use fee to the federation and a $25 fee to the Department of Revenue in addition to regular registration fees.

License plates must display the National Wild Turkey Federation emblem and the words "National Wild Turkey Federation" at the bottom, be made with fully reflective material with a white background, and comply with standard aesthetic and visibility requirements.

The National Wild Turkey Federation must submit an initial application to the Department of Revenue including proposed plate design, an application fee not to exceed $5,000, and a list of at least 200 potential applicants before plates can be manufactured.

The Department of Revenue will not manufacture plates until it receives 200 applications, the $15 specialty plate fee per application, emblem-use statements, and other required documents.

Vehicle owners who fail to provide an emblem-use authorization statement at subsequent vehicle registrations will be issued standard license plates without the federation's emblem.
