All merchants in Missouri must develop and maintain a current list of suppliers for all products sold or available in their establishments

Supplier lists must contain the supplier's name, address, and contact person name with phone number for each product

Merchants must immediately disclose supplier information to any law enforcement or drug enforcement officer or agency upon request

First violation results in a $500 fine; second and subsequent violations result in a $1,000 fine; business license subject to sanction after 10 or more violations
