Ski area operators are not liable for injuries to competitors or freestylers caused by course conditions visible upon inspection or collisions with other skiers or spectators.

Ski area operators are not liable for injuries to tubing park users caused by course design, maintenance, or visible conditions or collisions with other users.

Requires ski area operators to mark trail maintenance vehicles with flashing lights, mark snowmaking equipment, post difficulty level signs, allow visual inspection of freestyle terrain, and exercise ordinary care in operations.

Requires skiers to stay within their ability level, maintain control, heed warnings, avoid collisions, assist in accidents, and assume risks of course conditions and collisions based on their activity type.
