Repeals and replaces section 571.111 of Missouri law regarding concealed carry endorsement requirements and firearms safety training forms.

Requires applicants for concealed carry endorsements to demonstrate firearms safety knowledge through one of six methods including certified training courses, law enforcement certificates, qualified instructor status, peace officer licenses, or corrections officer certification.

Establishes that firearms safety training courses must be at least eight hours long and include classroom instruction on handgun safety, marksmanship principles, firearm care, safe storage, Missouri firearms laws, justifiable use of force, and live firing exercises with minimum 50 rounds per handgun plus a 20-round proficiency test.

Specifies that any sheriff in Missouri may accept any one-page form meeting these requirements and must accept the prescribed Missouri Firearms Safety Instructor Qualification Form provided in the bill.

Makes it a class C misdemeanor for firearms safety instructors to knowingly provide false information to sheriffs regarding an applicant's performance on required training and qualification exercises.
