Requires credit card processing service providers to disclose the contract effective date, contract term, monthly minimum fees, and termination fees on all contracts in at least 8-point font.

Caps termination fees at $50 maximum and prohibits charging monthly minimum fees for more than one month after contract termination.

Classifies violations as unfair and deceptive practices under Missouri consumer protection law.

Exempts state banks, national banks, savings associations, and their parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries from these requirements.

Applies only to new contracts entered into after August 28, 2012.
