Reduces the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors and Landscape Architects from 15 members to 14 members by eliminating the separate chairperson position

Requires the board to elect its chairperson and ranking vice chairperson from existing members at the first meeting in each even-numbered year for two-year terms, with chairperson and vice chairperson retaining full voting rights in their respective divisions

Changes the division chairperson election process so they are no longer automatically designated as vice chairpersons of the board, replacing the previous rotating chairperson system based on profession

Requires the president of the American Institute of Architects/Missouri to submit qualified candidates when an architect vacancy occurs on the board, consistent with the process for other professional divisions

Modifies licensing requirements to specify that architects and professional land surveyors must have at least 10 consecutive years of active practice as a Missouri licensee before board appointment
