Repeals and replaces section 115.436 of Missouri law relating to voter accessibility for physically disabled voters

Requires two election judges (one from each major political party) to bring ballots and voting materials to physically disabled voters within 200 feet of a polling place who cannot enter

Allows election authorities to designate alternative accessible polling places for physically disabled voters upon request, provided candidates and issues are identical to the voter's precinct location

Mandates that each polling place for federal, state, county, municipal, or school district elections held after August 28, 2012 must have at least one accessible voting system conforming to 42 U.S.C. Section 15481(a)(3)(B)

Permits election authorities to assign household members and caregivers of disabled voters to the same voting location upon request, unless the voter objects to the alternative location
