Allows individual and corporation taxpayers to designate $1 or more (single return) or $2 or more (combined return) of their tax refund to the Pediatric Cancer Research Trust Fund, effective for taxable years beginning January 1, 2012.

Creates the Pediatric Cancer Research Trust Fund in the state treasury, with the State Treasurer as custodian; fund moneys do not revert to the general revenue fund at the end of each biennium.

Directs the State Treasurer to distribute all fund moneys to the CureSearch National Childhood Cancer Foundation; the Department of Revenue deducts collection and handling costs from corporate contributions before depositing to the fund.

Authorizes the program to sunset on December 31, 2018, unless reauthorized by the General Assembly, with subsequent reauthorizations sunsetting 12 years after the effective date of reauthorization.
