Repeals and reenacts section 287.905, RSMo, relating to the Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company board of directors

Removes the deadline of "by January 1, 1994" for appointment of the initial five-member board of directors

Governor appoints initial board members with Senate advice and consent, with each director serving a five-year staggered term

Directors must have no financial interest in workers' compensation insurance entities and must be of good moral character with no felony convictions

Board annually elects a chairman and other officers, with policyholders electing replacement directors upon term expiration
