Allows county governing bodies in metropolitan park and recreation districts to submit a sales tax repeal question to voters on any available election date

Repeal becomes effective on December 31st of the calendar year in which voters approve the repeal by majority vote

If voters reject the repeal, the sales tax remains in effect until the question is resubmitted and approved by voters in a future election

Applies only to counties that have adopted the sales tax authorized under sections 67.1700 to 67.1769
