Increases minimum sign size for private property off-limits to concealed firearms from 11 inches by 14 inches to 55 inches by 70 inches, with lettering increased from 1 inch to 5 inches minimum.

Applies to private property owners, business lessees, managers, and organizations who wish to prohibit concealed carry endorsement holders from carrying firearms on their premises.

Permits employers to prohibit employees from carrying concealed firearms on employer property and in employer-owned vehicles.

Maintains that possession of firearms in vehicles on posted premises is not a criminal offense as long as firearms remain in the vehicle and are not brandished.

Establishes citation and penalty structure for violations: first offense up to $100; second offense within six months results in up to $200 fine and one-year endorsement suspension; third offense within one year results in up to $500 fine and three-year revocation of concealed carry endorsement.
