Amends Missouri Revised Statutes section 288.034 to add a new exclusion from "employment" for unemployment compensation purposes.

Excludes services performed by a mortgage loan originator licensed under sections 443.701 to 443.893 from the definition of employment, provided all remuneration is solely by way of commissions.

This exclusion aligns mortgage loan originators with similar commission-based independent contractor classifications already in state law, such as licensed insurance agents and real estate salespersons.

Applies specifically to individuals who hold a valid mortgage loan originator license and receive compensation exclusively through commissions rather than wages or salary.
