Increases the physician-to-advanced practice registered nurse ratio from 3 to 5 full-time equivalents per collaborating physician.

Extends the required initial supervision period from 1 month to allow exemptions for nurses with at least 4 years of continual practice experience.

Changes chart review frequency from every 14 days to every 30 days, with physicians able to delegate review authority to alternate physicians in hospital settings.
