Repeals and reenacts section 566.067, RSMo, regarding child molestation in the first degree.

Defines child molestation in the first degree as subjecting another person less than 14 years of age to sexual contact.

Establishes child molestation in the first degree as a class B felony, enhanced to class A felony if the victim is less than 13 years of age.

Maintains class A felony classification when offender has prior convictions under the chapter, inflicts serious physical injury, displays a deadly weapon, or commits the offense as part of a ritual or ceremony.

Requires persons convicted under the enhanced provisions involving victims under 12 years of age to serve sentences without eligibility for probation or parole.
