Allows individuals to apply for a veteran designation on their Missouri driver's license or identification card by providing a DD Form 214 showing honorable or general under honorable conditions discharge status.

Requires applicants to pay the standard fee for a driver's license or identification card as authorized under Missouri law.

Sets the duplicate license fee at $7.50 if seeking a veteran designation on an unexpired license, consistent with existing duplicate license fees.

Authorizes the Department of Revenue to determine the placement of the veteran designation on licenses and identification cards and to promulgate necessary administrative rules.

Amends Section 302.185 to allow duplicate licenses to be issued when a veteran seeks a veteran designation prior to license expiration, in addition to existing provisions for lost or destroyed licenses.
