Oppose federal preemption of Missouri Public Service Commission regulations that determine fees for long-distance calls.

Urge the United States Congress and Missouri Congressional delegation to support rural telephone companies' efforts in expanding broadband and digital subscriber line (DSL) communication in rural areas.

Direct the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send inscribed copies of the resolution to the Majority and Minority Leaders of the United States Senate and House of Representatives, and each member of the Missouri Congressional delegation.
