Urges Congress to pass legislation restoring gold and silver as money in accordance with the Constitution, including H.R. 2756 (repeal legal tender laws), H.R. 4683 (Free Competition in Currency Act of 2007), and H.R. 5427 (Tax-Free Gold Act of 2008).

Calls for phasing out the Federal Reserve System and its unbacked paper currency (Federal Reserve Notes) as outlined in H.R. 2755.

Contends that Federal Reserve money creation increased the money supply 3,000% from 1959 to 2006, causing an 89% loss in purchasing power of the dollar.

Warns that continued Federal Reserve inflation will cause unprecedented price increases and losses in take-home pay, retirement income, insurance policies, and investments.

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send copies of the resolution to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, congressional leadership, and Missouri's Congressional delegation.
