Requests Missouri Congressional delegation members to support the National Women's History Museum's (NWHM) efforts to establish a permanent museum on or near the National Mall in Washington, D.C.

Notes that Congress declared March as "Women's History Month" in 1987, and that only 10% of people identified in a survey of 18 history textbooks were women despite women comprising 51% of the nation's population.

Acknowledges that the NWHM, founded in 1996, seeks to preserve and celebrate women's contributions to American history across marketplace, arts, sciences, government, entertainment, education, and community sectors.

States that pending Congressional legislation would allow NWHM to purchase federally owned property near the National Mall at fair market value using privately raised funds with no federal moneys requested.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Missouri House of Representatives to distribute inscribed copies of this resolution to each member of Missouri's Congressional delegation.
