Designates April 2012 as "Donate Life Month" in Missouri to raise awareness about organ and tissue donation.

Acknowledges that more than 105,000 people are currently waiting for organ donations, with approximately 7,000 dying annually due to organ shortage.

Notes that organs and tissue from a single nonliving donor can benefit more than 50 people, and living donors can contribute kidneys and portions of liver, lung, pancreas, or intestine.

Encourages Missouri residents to observe Donate Life Month through activities that increase awareness of organ donation and the critical need for donors.
