Requests the Adjutant General to establish a voluntary reporting program for Missouri National Guard members exposed to depleted uranium, including documentation of illnesses and birth defects in children of exposed members.

Directs the Adjutant General to develop an education plan for National Guard members and health care professionals on early screening, diagnosis, and treatment of depleted uranium exposure.

Requires the Adjutant General to make recommendations on implementing a cost-effective screening and treatment plan and submit findings and recommendations to the General Assembly.

Identifies depleted uranium as a chemically toxic and radioactive heavy metal with a half-life of 4.5 billion years that has been used in munitions and armor in Iraq conflicts, potentially exposing Missouri National Guard members to unknown doses.
