Urges the U.S. Department of Defense and Missouri's Congressional delegation to protect and promote Missouri's military installations and agencies amid planned federal defense budget cuts of $487 billion over the next decade.

Identifies Missouri's major military assets including Whiteman Air Force Base (home to the 509th Bomb Wing operating B-2 Spirit Stealth Bombers), Fort Leonard Wood, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and the Missouri National Guard's Ike Skelton Training Center.

Documents Missouri's defense sector economic contribution: approximately 52,000 military personnel, 160,000 defense industry workers, $1.9 billion in military wages and salaries, $3.4 billion contribution to gross state product, and $12 billion in Department of Defense procurement contracts (5th highest among states).

Calls for maintaining the current number of military personnel in Missouri and preserving defense industry procurement contracts to support the state's economy and national defense capabilities.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Missouri House to send copies of the resolution to the Secretary of Defense and each member of Missouri's Congressional delegation.
