Urges the National Park Service to draft its final General Management Plan for the Ozark National Scenic Riverways to balance preservation with recreational use and enjoyment.

Affirms that the "No Action Alternative" released by the National Park Service in 2009 provides the best balance to maintain the riverways' purposes, supporting the Missouri Department of Conservation's recommendation to allow hunting, fishing, and trapping throughout the area except in highly developed safety zones.

States the Missouri General Assembly is prepared to utilize its concurrent jurisdiction (established under Missouri Senate Bill No. 362 in 1971) to ensure proper balance between preservation and recreational access is maintained.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Missouri House of Representatives to send inscribed copies of the resolution to Jonathan B. Jarvis, Director of the National Park Service, and Bill Black, Interim Superintendent of Ozark National Scenic Riverways.
