Declares Missouri's opposition to proposed federal Department of Labor regulations that would restrict youth participation in agricultural work, including prohibitions on working with livestock older than six months, handling pesticides, and using equipment with electronic devices.

Asserts Missouri's position that parents have the right to make employment decisions for their children in agricultural labor and that the federal government should not infringe on state and parental authority in this area.

Opposes federal regulations that would prohibit youth from working on ladders or scaffolding exceeding six feet in elevation and from working in farm-product wholesale trade industries such as grain elevators and livestock auctions.

Urges Missouri's Congressional delegation to express opposition to the proposed Department of Labor regulations that would restrict youth agricultural employment opportunities for earning educational expenses.

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send inscribed copies of this resolution to the U.S. Department of Labor Secretary and all members of the Missouri Congressional delegation.
