Submits to Missouri voters a constitutional amendment to article I establishing the right to raise cattle, calves, sheep, swine, poultry, goats, horses, equine, and rabbits in confinement for human consumption.

Protects the right to raise livestock in accordance with state and local laws and ordinances as enacted on August 28, 2012, or at the commencement of operations, whichever is later.

Prohibits the enactment of any law affecting the manner in which such animals are raised through initiative petition.

Recognizes agriculture as the foundation and stabilizing force of Missouri's economy and seeks to protect this vital sector.

Scheduled for voter approval at the general election on Tuesday following the first Monday in November 2012, or at a special election called by the governor.
