Recognizes hunters, anglers, trappers, boaters, recreational shooters, industry, state fish and wildlife agencies, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for restoring fish and wildlife populations nationwide.

Acknowledges the Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program, which has contributed over $13 billion to state fish and wildlife agencies since 1939 through excise taxes on firearms, ammunition, fishing equipment, and related goods.

Credits the cooperative partnership between these groups and Missouri's Department of Conservation (established in 1936) as the most successful model of fish and wildlife management in the world.

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send inscribed copies of this resolution to the Missouri Department of Conservation, Missouri's Congressional delegation, and media outlets to recognize these conservation contributions.
