Members of the General Assembly and statewide elected officials who first take office on or after January 1, 2013 are ineligible to receive medical expense insurance benefits under the Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan.

Members of the General Assembly and statewide elected officials who first take office on or after January 1, 2013 are prohibited from receiving life insurance benefits based on their service in these positions.

Members of the General Assembly and statewide elected officials who first take office on or after January 1, 2013 are ineligible to receive disability income benefits based on their service in these positions.

Members of the General Assembly who first take office on or after January 1, 2013 are ineligible for retirement benefits based on legislative service and cannot accrue additional benefits if they return to office after retirement.

Statewide elected officials who first take office on or after January 1, 2013 are ineligible for retirement benefits based on their service as elected officials and cannot accrue additional benefits if they return to office after retirement.
