Individuals requesting 50 or more voter registration applications must be at least 18 years old, submit required information to the secretary of state, and complete registration training.

Persons paid or compensated for soliciting more than 10 voter registration applications must register with the secretary of state as a voter registration solicitor, providing name, address, payment information, and organizational affiliation under oath.

Knowingly signing any name other than one's own to a voter registration application is a class B felony.

Voter registration solicitors who knowingly fail to register or falsely swear required oaths are guilty of a class three election offense.

Willfully and falsely completing absentee voting certificates or ballots for another individual is a class B felony.
