Elevates trespass in the first degree from a class B misdemeanor to a class A misdemeanor for knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in a building, structure, or fenced/posted real property.

Upgrades trespass in the second degree from an infraction to a class B misdemeanor for entering unlawfully upon another's real property.

Increases false impersonation penalties from a class B misdemeanor to a class D felony, and from a class A misdemeanor to a class C felony when impersonating a law enforcement officer or public servant.

Adds provisions for correcting arrest and court records when identity fraud is discovered, allowing both the wrongly identified person and prosecutors to move for amendment and expungement of false identifying information.

Adds "Testimony" as a new definition (number 11) and renumbers subsequent definitions in the criminal code chapter 575.
