Repeals and replaces section 376.782, RSMo, to expand health insurance coverage requirements for mammography screenings and related services

Requires all individual and group health insurance policies, HMOs, and self-insured plans to provide low-dose mammography screening coverage for nonsymptomatic women, including baseline mammograms for ages 35-39, mammograms every two years for ages 40-49, and annual mammograms for ages 50 and over

Mandates additional coverage for comprehensive ultrasound screening of breasts if a mammogram demonstrates heterogeneous or dense breast tissue, or if a woman is at increased risk for breast cancer based on family history, prior personal history, genetic testing, or physician recommendation

Requires all mammography reports provided to patients on and after August 28, 2012, to include breast density information and a notice explaining that dense breast tissue may warrant supplementary screening tests such as ultrasound or MRI

Ensures mammography coverage and benefits are subject to the same dollar limits, deductibles, and co-payments as other radiological examinations
