Repeals and reenacts Missouri Code section 144.030 to add "captive wildlife" to existing sales tax exemptions for feed and agricultural inputs.

Exempts feed for captive wildlife from state and local sales tax, alongside existing exemptions for feed for livestock and poultry.

Exempts seed, limestone, and fertilizer used for seeding, liming, or fertilizing crops that will be fed to captive wildlife from state and local sales tax.

Exempts animals or poultry used for breeding or feeding purposes, or captive wildlife, from sales tax when purchased.
