Mothers may breast-feed or express breast milk in any public or private location where they are otherwise authorized to be, with discretion.

Breast-feeding or expressing milk shall not constitute sexual conduct, indecent exposure, public indecency, lewd touching, or obscenity under state or municipal law.

Municipalities are prohibited from enacting ordinances that prohibit or restrict mothers from breast-feeding or expressing milk in locations where they are otherwise authorized.

Nursing mothers may request excusal from jury duty upon submission of a written physician's statement certifying they are nursing.

Renumbers existing jury excusal exemptions and clarifies standards for undue or extreme physical or financial hardship determinations, with hardship determinations made only by judges or authorized court personnel.
