Repeals and replaces sections 513.430 and 513.440 of Missouri law regarding property exemptions from attachment and execution.

Increases the exemption limit for household furnishings, goods, and personal items from current law to $3,000 in aggregate value, and sets exemptions for wedding rings at up to $1,500 and other jewelry at up to $500.

Changes the age limit for dependent children in the family head exemption from eighteen years to twenty-one years or disabled dependents as defined by the Internal Revenue Code in section 513.440.

Modifies fraud provisions relating to retirement plans and profit-sharing plans by changing the reference from section 456.630 to section 428.024 for determining fraudulently conveyed funds in bankruptcy proceedings.

Adds a new exemption allowing debtors to exempt their right to receive wrongful death payments to the extent reasonably necessary for support of the debtor and dependents.
