Adds section 376.408 to Missouri law establishing requirements for diagnostic radiology testing authorization and denial decisions by radiology benefits managers

Defines "diagnostic radiology testing" to include X-ray, computerized tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, positron emission tomography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and nuclear imaging studies

Requires that any decision to deny authorization for diagnostic radiology testing ordered by a treating physician must be made only by a state-licensed physician subject to regulation by the state board for the healing arts

Mandates that treating physicians and patients receive the full name, mailing address, telephone number, and employer of the radiology benefits manager physician making a denial decision

Declares that any authorized diagnostic radiology test satisfies medical necessity requirements and protects providers from claim denials unless fraud occurred in obtaining authorization

Exempts electronic clinical decision support tools that offer ordering guidance and document clinical appropriateness from these requirements
