Prohibits persons receiving food stamps, temporary assistance for needy families benefits, low income home energy assistance, or MO HealthNet services from entering any riverboat gaming floor, except if employed by the gaming facility to perform work duties.

Requires the department of social services to submit names of disqualified persons to the Missouri gaming commission for placement on the voluntary self-exclusion program list for problem gamblers under existing rules.

Mandates the gaming commission remove disqualified persons from the list when they no longer receive any of the covered public assistance programs, with the department notifying the commission of status changes.

Makes it trespass under section 565.140 for a disqualified person identified on a Missouri gaming floor, with all chips, tokens, and electronic credits in their possession subject to forfeiture.
