Amends Missouri chapter 376 to add new section 376.444 prohibiting health carriers from including certain restrictive provisions in agreements with participating providers, including licensed pharmacies and home health agencies.

Prohibits health carriers from preventing providers from contracting with competing health carriers at lower prices or from penalizing providers who do so.

Prohibits health carriers from requiring providers to accept lower payments based on pricing offered to other health carriers or from terminating agreements if providers offer services to competitors at lower rates.

Prohibits health carriers from requiring providers to disclose their contractual reimbursement rates with other health carriers.

Declares any contract provisions violating these prohibitions void and unenforceable.
