Adds section 574.035 to Missouri law establishing the "House of Worship Protection Act"

Defines "house of worship" as any church, synagogue, mosque, or other building or place used for religious worship, instruction, or religious purpose

Makes it illegal to intentionally and unreasonably disturb a house of worship through profane discourse, rude or indecent behavior, or noise that disrupts worship services

Makes it illegal to intentionally injure, intimidate, or interfere with persons exercising religious freedom or seeking access to a house of worship through force, threat, or physical obstruction

Establishes penalties: first offense is a class B misdemeanor, second offense is a class A misdemeanor, and third or subsequent offenses are class D felonies
