Establishes specific rules for amateur mixed martial arts contests including cage requirements, prohibited techniques (forearm and elbow strikes), equipment specifications (6-ounce gloves), and bout structure (three 3-minute rounds with 1-minute rest, or five 5-minute rounds for title matches).
