Amends Missouri law (chapter 290, RSMo) to add section 290.585 requiring employers to post notices about employee labor rights.

Applies to any Missouri employer already required to post the "Employee Rights Under the NLRA" poster per 29 CFR 104.

Required notices must inform employees they have the right to refuse to join or affiliate with labor unions, refuse to pay certain union dues or fees, and decertify a union representative under federal law.

Department of Labor and Industrial Relations shall develop a suitable notice form with required language and display it on its website.

Notices must be posted at normal posting locations or physically distributed to all employees, with an exemption available if compliance poses significant difficulty or expense.
